For the production of *Nos Chairs*
A choreographer, performer and teacher from Nantes, Elise Lerat trained in contemporary dance at the CNDC in Angers, then at the Folkwang-Hochschule in Essen, Germany. Having danced with various companies in France and abroad, she continues to pursue her creative work in parallel. An associate artist with Mixt (Terrain d’arts en Loire-Atlantique) since 2025, she develops her work in Nantes as part of the Collectif Allogène, which she founded with the video artist Arnaud Van Audenhove. Elise Lerat places great importance on exchange, encounters, the sharing of practices and philosophical inquiry. Her choreographic and video projects bring together research, creation and transmission.
In residence at the CCNN’s Accueil-Studio programme from 7 to 11 December, a scheme supported by the Ministry of Culture / DRAC Pays de la Loire.
Residency showcase on 10 December at 7.00 pm at the CCNN, as part of the ‘Jeudi, À l’œuvre’ programme.
