A versatile production, suitable for touring between classrooms, *Papa Tambour* is a dance poem in which the musicality of the words blends with the fluidity of the movements.
Drawing on a text by Capitaine Alexandre – a poet, slam artist and novelist – Salia Sanou creates a dance of the ‘what’s that?’ questions that children ask of the world, of adults, and of this drumming dad.
Liberty, equality and fraternity form the starting point for a sensitive exploration of living together. Featuring a dancer, a drummer and a singer, this light-hearted and interactive performance invites schoolchildren up to the age of 12 to listen, speak, dance and share.
