Teresa Silva and Loïc Touzé form a duo in which they take on the role of announcers. In *Tonitruant*, gestures, songs, words and dance are all ways of articulating what is to come – not to predict it, but to summon it. Between silence and din, like oracles or messengers, the two performers craft a series of proclamations addressed to those who watch and listen. Convinced that other possibilities always remain open, they reveal what might happen before the worst takes hold.
